55THE ROUTE:
Start and Finish: Espace Gavron, Ménerbes..
Walkers will start at 10h in groups of 25, and leave at 10 min intervals with the last group leaving at 12h . Departure times will be marked on the tickets and participants will be able, within reason, to ask for specific times.
The times will be;

The first groups will finish at approximately 14h, with the last finishing at 16h (approximately).
Route cards will be given out at registration with safety guidance, rest stops and water availability.
There will be English/French speaking volunteers available on mobile phones to resolve route finding, mechanical and safety problems.
Along the route, there will be five “wine and snack stops”, each staffed by the Domaine Partners; two water stations from Maison Victoire; and a Hot Dog refreshment stand- from Luberon Life.
Total Walking time : 2.5hours – 3 hours

REGISTRATION AND TICKETING:
We use Hello Association (helloasso.com) is the ticketing portal. Go to helloasso.com and search for Luberon Life.
Participation fees are:
Walking: 40€ (including a wine and route card plus ticket for the festival).
Plus a free gift from Maison Victoire (water bottle). Handed out before the walk.
Those walkers who bring their dogs also receive a free gift for their dog. All dogs on a leash please.
Festival only: 15€. Entrance – book also on helloasso.com.
Children under 12 – Free
FESTIVAL – this comprises Les Grand Buffets of desserts, cheeses and pâtes PLUS a brocante; DJ; Food trucks; Wine stands with wine sales; fun Festival games for all ages.
All participants will wear a round self-adhesive Badge for identification purposes. This includes Festival patrons. These will be handed out at registration at the Stade.
PARKING – there is parking at the Stade – watch out for the Les Resto du Coeur marshals in their distinctive pink bibs!
